DLG today is postponing the exhibition “DLG-Feldtage 2020” which was due to take place this year 16th - 18th June at Gut Brockhof in Erwitte/Lippstadt, North Rhine-Westphalia. In doing so, the DLG is following the recommendations of its expert advisory board. As organiser of the outdoor exhibition, the DLG is adhering to the current regulation in North Rhine-Westphalia for the protection against new coronavirus infections.
“The further spread of the coronavirus and the associated measures taken by the authorities have forced us to postpone DLG-Feldtage 2020,” says Dr Reinhard Grandke, Chief Executive Officer of DLG. “The decision was made in close cooperation with our expert advisory board in the interest of the exhibitors and visitors. We very much regret that the exhibition cannot take place on the planned dates. Together with our staff, partners and exhibitors, we have been working hard to organise a successful event, but this can unfortunately no longer go ahead as originally scheduled. In the current situation, however, the health and safety of visitors and exhibitors at our DLG-Feldtage must have top priority,” added Dr. Grandke.
The new dates for DLG-Feldtage are 8th-10th June 2021.
With the agreement of the DLG-Feldtage expert advisory board and the event organiser and host, the venue will be Gut Brockhof in Erwitte/Lippstadt, as originally planned. "In Gut Brockhof farm, we have once again secured an excellent exhibition area, located in a highly attractive agricultural region, for the major event for crop production professionals," says Andreas Steul, project manager of the DLG-Feldtage.
