Travel and accommodation

Car parking spaces are available directly at the event site. Please enter destination "Mannheim, Hoher Weg zum Rhein" into your navigation system. Please follow the parking signs on site. 

Parking spaces for cars are directly at the exhibition grounds and can be used free of charge.

Yes. Disabled parking is available directly at the entrances. Please note that the DLG-Feldtage is an outdoor event. Not all paths are paved and may be difficult to navigate (depending on the weather).

Parking spaces for buses are available near the event site. Please enter destination "Lampertheim, Weidweg" into your navigation system. Please follow the parking signs on site. The walk to the exhibition grounds (North Entrance) is about 650 m.

No, DLG-Feldtage tickets do not authorise the use of public transport.

No, please use a taxi service or bus line 52 for your journey from Lampertheim railway station. You can find more information on your travel options on our website under > Visit > Arrival by train.

Ticket prices and ordering process

We strongly recommend that you purchase the tickets online in advance, as this will allow you to prepare your visit in the best possible way and avoid higher ticket costs and long waiting times at the entrance.

We strongly recommend that you purchase the tickets online, as this will allow you to prepare your visit in the best possible way. In addition, increased waiting times are to be expected at the pay desk and the ticket prices are higher than in the online shop. At the ticket pay desk on site, a day ticket costs 24 € (online 19 €) and a reduced day ticket 12 €.

No, tickets can not be ordered by telephone. Tickets are sold via our online ticket shop.

From the age of 13, children pay the reduced ticket price of 12 €. The discounted tickets are also available via our online shop. 
Children up to and including 12 years of age receive free admission. Please register a free ticket for your child in advance in our online shop. You can book this additionally and free of charge when registering / purchasing your own ticket. To do this, only provide your child's name and date of birth. 

Pupils (from 13 years), trainees, students, pensioners and people with severe disabilities (from a degree of disability of 50%) pay a reduced day ticket price of 12 € in our online shop. Please note that discounts are only valid in conjunction with a valid student, pensioner or disability card, which must be presented at the entrance.

Yes. Group tickets from 20 (up to 50) people are also available in our online ticket shop. Please note the following: 

  • Each visitor is obliged to register his own ticket. The registration for the ticket purchase is done in a few steps and serves to provide the e-ticket.
  • The buyer (group organizer) must therefore provide all the names and email addresses of the group participants in the purchase process. After completing the purchase, the group participants will each receive an e-mail with the registration link to register their ticket and then receive it as a PDF or mobile ticket.
  • A return of individual, unused tickets is not possible.
  • Ticket insurance can be booked for all tickets.

Yes, bus drivers get free entry to the event. Please come directly to the Service Point in the entrance. A driver's license is required as proof.

Yes, teachers accompanying groups of pupils also pay the reduced ticket price for pupils.

A maximum of 19 one-day tickets can be purchased in each order process. From 20 (up to 50) tickets, you can purchase group tickets at a reduced price in our online ticket shop. Please note, however, that each ticket must be named to the person who will be using the ticket. You must therefore provide the person's name and email address when purchasing a ticket for another person. Once the purchase is complete, the person will receive an e-mail with a registration link to register and then receive his/her own ticket later directly.

In our online ticket shop ou can pay by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or Paypal.

No. Unfortunately, transfer of the ticket or a name change is not possible.

Unfortunately, tickets can no longer be cancelled after the 14-day objection period. By purchasing a ticket insurance policy from our partner Ergo Reiseversicherung you can cover cancellation costs caused by illness. We have taken out an admission ticket insurance policy for your benefit with ERGO Reiserversuchung AG as part of a group insurance contract. You can join this for only 1.49€, gross per person and ticket by taking out an admission ticket insurance policy. The insurance can only be taken out when ordering the ticket. Please select the option "ticket insurance" when booking. For details, please refer to the insurance conditions.

For example, if you unexpectedly get seriously ill or have a serious accident and are unable to attend the trade fair, you will be refunded the full ticket price including fees.
If damage to your property prevents you from attending, you will also be refunded your admission fee, just as if you miss more than half of the trade fair day because a public transport service is delayed by more than 2 hours.

Ticket insurance via DLG can only be booked directly during the ticket order process. 

After the occurrence of an insured event, you, as the insured person, are obliged to minimize the damage and report it immediately.

Hygiene requirements

The organisation of events in times of Corona requires special hygiene protection and infection control measures. For DLG, safety and health of our customers, partners, guests and employees has top priority. As an outdoor exhibition with high service standards, DLG-Feldtage provide a very good perspective and hold optimal conditions to become a successful, safe event. You will find the hygiene concept of the DLG-Feldtage and all relevant information under > Visit > Hygiene.

Digital services / tools

If you visit the DLG-Feldtage in presence, you will receive direct access to DLG-Connect in your purchase confirmation by e-mail with your ticket purchase. 
If you cannot participate in the DLG Field Days, you can register free of charge on www.dlg-connect.com with your e-mail address.

This year we provide a DLG-Feldtage app for the first time. It can be found in the Android and IOS App Store from May 15, 2022.

With the new DLG-Feldtage app, you can plan your trade fair visit in the best possible way. The following functions are available to you, among others:

  • My trade fair - here you can save exhibitors and events as favorites and thus plan your individual trade fair route, but also access all your scanned Mixie Points. 
  • Networking - get in touch with exhibitors and other trade fair participants and make appointments in advance. Also edit your own profile here to become digitally visible at the trade fair. 
  • Mixie Points - With the scan function in the app, you can scan the Mixie Points (QR codes) at the trade fair and thus receive valuable information about exhibitors and products. 
  • In addition, there will also get information on events, products, exhibitors, the fair ground and a digital selfie photo frame - all bundled in your DLG-Feldtage app.

The Mixie Points are a new digital service of the DLG-Feldtage. Collecting and managing information has never been easier. Scan the Mixie points (QR codes) at the trade fair with the DLG-Feldtage app and receive valuable information about exhibitors and products. Create your individual electronic trade fair folder in your app - the information is available to you immediately and also after the trade fair. Help us to make the trade fair more sustainable and conserve natural resources.

General information

The next DLG-Feldtage will take place from 14.6.-16.6.2022 at the Experimental Farm Kirschgartshausen in Mannheim.

Yes, our partners offer farm tours and can help organise them for individuals or groups. You can find more information on our website under > Visit > Farm tours.

We do not send out exhibitor lists. You will find all exhibitors in our exhibitor database on our website under > Exhibitors & Products. There you can create an individual list and also view the site plan.

Yes, you will find a cloakroom in both entrances. There you can leave your coats and jackets for a fee of €2 or your luggage for a fee of €3.

No, there is no possibility to book meeting rooms on the site.

There are four catering points on the exhibition grounds, each with several dining options. Please refer to the map of the grounds for the exact locations and offerings. Unfortunately, table reservations are not possible.

With an area of over 45 hectares, the exhibition grounds are too large to set up a wifi network. Please use your mobile phone network. Due to the high load on the network, outages must be expected.

No, dogs and other pets are not permitted at the event.

It has not yet been finally clarified whether a mobile ATM/EC cash machine can be set up on the exhibition grounds. Several ATM's/EC cash machines are available in Lampertheim as well as in Mannheim Sandhofen. The nearest ATM/EC cash machine is located at the Sparkasse Lampertheim (approx. 1.5 km from the exhibition grounds).
